I love having MP3 CD players, because they reduce my stress.  I love being able to listen to both MP3 music and CDs on the same stereo.  The fact that there are no commercials when I listen to either one, reduces the amount of stress in my life.  When I am working and listening to music, I don't want to hear the loud, annoying commercials.  When I'm trying to sleep, I listen to music and definitely can't stand commercials then.  I'll be just about to fall asleep, a commercial comes on and I'm wide awake again after some loud announcer is on.  Having constant music with no interruptions is much more soothing, and helps my stress levels.  MP3 CD players are wonderful for that reason alone.  I love to hear music when I work and sleep, and also when I exercise and clean my house.  The songs keep me motivated to keep moving and that is a stress reducer as well.  I just love having good MP3 CD players to listen to and sooth my soul with.
